This training will be held in person at Razz Yoga, Baltimore County, Maryland.

Maryland Teachers receive two MSDE CEUs. Yoga Teachers receive 30 CEUs with Yoga Alliance.

  • Yoga stories, games, songs

  • Social-emotional development

  • Meditation, mindfulness, and breath practice for self-calming and empowerment for children of all ages and abilities, including neurodiverse youth

  • Class management strategies

  • Lesson planning and practice teaching
