Align + Flow 1

This class is designed to help you build a greater sense of alignment in your practice. We move at a slower pace to allow for ample time to make adjustments and build strength and balance within the postures. This is especially helpful for those who are recovering from an injury or dealing with an ailment and need a movement practice that feels more healing. Class will begin with a short meditation, followed by an intentional practice that will leave you feeling more aligned in body and mind. This class is for all levels; props including chairs are available. Beginner & Senior Friendly.

Align + Flow 2

Align & Flow Level 1 and 2 combine your vinyasa practice with a bit more focus on strengthening and lengthening the muscles. Expect to sweat and move in an entirely different way as you focus on balance and alignment. Level 1 class is good for all levels; level 2 will feature more advanced variations as well as inversions, arm balances, and deeper backbends.

Hot Flow

Vinyasa yoga, also known as flow yoga, is designed to connect postures, creating an invigorating and somewhat exhilarating flow. The class is heated to 90 degrees. You can expect strength-building postures, repetition, and movement—many students find vinyasa and the continuous flow to be their own moving meditation.

Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates creates long, lean muscle mass and burns fat. And the results are super fast. This whole-body workout builds a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. To avoid the pounding impact of running and jumping, Inferno Hot Pilates is performed on a yoga mat to help protect joints and muscles from impact and injury. Room Heated to 90+ Degrees.

This gentle class is perfect for when you're feeling stressed, overworked or struggling to sleep. We will utilize props and stay close to the floor throughout the practice; the postures are held for longer periods of time (anywhere from 5-15 minutes). Somatic Yoga

Join Amanda Baker, LCSW-C 500hr RYT, for a deep dive into how yoga, mental health, and healing are all interrelated in this therapeutic Yoga class. Stress resides in your body, and healing or alleviating your stress response, negative beliefs, and/or thought patterns involves movement, present mindfulness, and a willingness to expand your tolerance to difficult circumstances.

This class offers a full reset to the central nervous system and will help to realign you to feel present and regulated, safe within your own body and feeling good. Transform the impact of trauma, stress, depression and anxiety on your body—with specific poses and interventions in a therapeutic space! Expect guided breathwork, stretches, yoga postures and flow (asana), along with specific therapeutic techniques designed to support you in gaining an awareness of self and building comfort with discomfort before ending with a restorative relaxation.

Warm Flow

Vinyasa yoga, also known as flow yoga, connects breath to movement with the goal of creating a moving meditation. The room is heated to 75-80 degrees and will move through various elements of the vinyasa practice including foundation, breath, balance, focus, and what feels good in the body. Expect to leave feeling grounded, strong, and at ease.

Yin

This gentle class focuses on releasing the fascia and connective tissue in the body, which can help boost the immune system and increase the body's natural relaxation response. In a yin practice, you will remain on the floor holding postures for several minutes in a supportive and passive way. This practice emphasizes stillness and silence and is a great preparation for meditation. This class is for all levels.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a powerful meditation technique that guides you into a state of deep relaxation while remaining fully conscious. During the practice, you'll be gently led through a systematic process of relaxation, visualization, and mindfulness, allowing you to release tension, reduce stress, and access profound states of inner peace and tranquility.
