Connect with yourself, your baby and other moms-to-be in this 6 Week Prenatal Series.

This series includes 6 Livestream Zoom classes on Mondays at 6 PM. Recording will be available if you need to miss a scheduled class. Cost will be pro-rated if you join the series already in session.

There are many benefits of practicing yoga during pregnancy, especially during these uncertain times.

Prenatal yoga will help you build lower body strength, tone the pelvic floor, give a gentle stretch to the body throughout pregnancy, prepare for birth and keep your body fit at the same time.

You will learn how to use props and a wall for alignment and support.

Leave day-to-day stress aside and enjoy this moment to concentrate in your pregnancy, connect with your baby, and with the mommy-to-be community!

Postpartum moms, those trying to conceive, and even friends/partners are welcome to join.Live sessions meet on Jan 9, 16, 23, 30, Feb 6, 2021.
