Coming soon... a new home for Razz Yoga.

One of the most famous lines in The Wizard of Oz is when Dorothy says, “There’s no place like home.” She clicks the heels of her ruby red slippers together three times while saying it and soon enough, she’s back home in Kansas.

As a child, it seemed almost disappointing when Dorothy left the technicolor excitement of Oz and her unusual friends behind to return to Kansas. Her home seemed simple and almost dull. So why was she so anxious to return?

It takes time to realize just what home means to us. Home is where we can relax and just be. It’s the place we feel most safe and able to be our true selves. Home brings comfort and acceptance. For me, home means taking a deep breath and soaking in all I hold most dear.

Over the last (almost) two years, we’ve had a lot of time to reflect on what home means to us. There were those first scary months of the pandemic when we were all at home all the time.

We coped by bringing parts of our outside lives into our homes. School came home. Work came home. And for us, Razz Yoga came home. We taught from our homes and you practiced from yours. But the core of what makes our community special remained. We all realized home doesn’t have to be a physical location. Home is a feeling.

Home also means being with the people who mean the most to you. And for Razz Yoga, that means you… our members. That’s why I’m so excited to announce our NEW home for in-person yoga, coming in January.

Introducing our new home for yoga.

Now is the right time for us to come back together in person.

I can’t wait to welcome you to our new space. It’s still conveniently located so you can easily fit your yoga practice into your day. It’s still going to be the place you want to come to practice AND experience all the Razz Yoga community has to offer.

This new space offers some upgrades over our last location. On your first visit, you’ll notice:

  • An abundance of natural light.

  • Well-appointed restroom and shower facilities.

  • A wellness suite housing a massage therapist and acupuncturist.

  • Heat panels that create the perfect environment for hot yoga classes.

  • A large lobby complete with a comfortable, spacious gathering space and tea cart.

Most of all, our new space will have you! It’s the community that makes Razz Yoga so special. And that community is made up of our wonderful, dedicated instructors and all of you. When you walk into the new space, you’ll feel the familiar welcoming vibes.

We can’t wait to see you soon!

Keeping what’s special about Razz Yoga at Home.

The pandemic forced us to take our yoga practices home. But what started as a necessity turned into something unexpected.

Razz Yoga at Home became much more than a replacement for in-studio classes. It became a special way for our students and instructors to connect with each other. We shared our homes, our pets, and our most authentic selves with each other.

We found the courage to try new classes and make new friends. The conversations we had before and after class were everything our in-person chats had been… and sometimes more.

Razz Yoga at Home is special. Razz Yoga at Home is part of us now. And Razz Yoga at Home will continue. All the things you’ve come to love about your in-home practice will continue.

Welcoming you to our new home.

When you move into a new home, you can’t wait to share it with your friends and family. After the boxes are unpacked, that is. The same is true for us. We can’t wait to welcome you, our community, to our new location.

Whether you practice with us in the new space or continue your practice with us from home - or both - know that we are honored that you make Razz Yoga a part of your home for health and wellness. We cherish our time with you.

If you’re not a member of Razz Yoga, join us for a free week trial. We’d love to share our home with you.
