Our inaugural Holistic Immersion this past January was a fulfilling experience, for me and seemingly the group who participated. So, we’re doing it again! This opportunity is for everyone. Learn how to incorporate healthy habits into your life. The program incorporates the cultivation of purpose with a food & beverage plan, yoga practices, meditation, pranayama, and deep relaxation. Weekly online group check ins and a daily tracker are offered to hold you accountable to your goals. 

Diet and lifestyle choices have a direct impact on our physical, mental, and emotional health. Eating well is not an option, it’s a necessity for optimal living.
